Recruitment Process - Outstation Client
  • Signing up the Contract Agreement.
  • Monthly Service fees would be 12% per associate + Service Tax + Cess.
  • One Time Recruitment / Sourcing Fees @ 8.33% of Gross Annual CTC per associate + Service Tax + Cess will be paid by Client.
  • Absorption fees will be charged at the rate of 8.33% of gross annual CRC if Client absorbs any candidates on its rolls.
  • Directly from Shineway HR Services.
  • Understand the current Manpower Requirements and the Locations.
  • Plan accordingly & Commit through various strategies.
  • Identify the candidates through various strategies.
  • Strategies like head hunting, Market Research, Internal Database, Tie-ups with colleges, Paper ads, Posters.
  • Stalls, Identify the candidates from rural places on volumes and get them deployed etc.
  • Initial Screening and line up the candidates for the interview.
  • Once shortlisted do the reference check and Background verification.
  • Collect the required documents and complete the joining formalities.
  • Generate an ESIC and PF numbers as per to the documents.
  • Introduce the SPOC from our end to the employees and the employers.
  • If any candidates leave the organization we check out for the reason and do the F & F as per to the Client
Operating - Process Flow
  • New Joinee Information - SKYLINE INDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICES will give new joinee details to client in specified template.
  • INDUCTION PROCESS - SIMS team to conduct the Staffer’s induction which would cover the overview of SIMS.
  • Relationship between Client and SIMS Team.
  • Relationship between the Staffer/SIMS Team and Client.
  • Explain about Leave Policy, Notice Period and Benefits like Medical and Accidental Insurance, etc.
  • CORPORATE BANK A/C to STAFFER - SIMS team to facilitate Bank A/c Opening for all Staffers.
  • Issuing Appointment Letter and ID Card to Staffer.
